A and B were given a sum of money each. If A spends $25 per week and B spends $75 per week, A will have $1350 left when B finish spending all his money. If A spends $75 per week and B spends $25 per week, A will have $150 left when B spends all his money. How much money did A and B receive?
Ans: A = $1500; B=$450

If you think that was bad, there's still more! I saw SA1 2007 from Henry Park Primary and realised, half of their paper is filled with the same type of questions! i have to solve them by tonight so that I can go through it with my tuitee tomorrow! I am so going to die tonight!
I need all the brains I can get tonight!
*sigh* When you are used to the wonderful world of algebra, you are not able to do maths WITHOUT it.
