Stupid Microsoft.

I have been having this problem ever since I reformatted my laptop last October -

Every frigging time I try to install things like Apple iTunes or Adobe Reader, it shows up. I have contacted the respective "application vendor" and each of them told me to contact Microsoft.

As it was not such a huge problem then (I was using some older version of iTunes from the CD that was given when I bought my nano) and I had some earlier version of Adobe, I didn't take any action.

But now that my earlier version of Adobe has been causing me grieve and been uninstalled, I can't open a pdf file or convert any document to pdf!!! So, happily, I contacted Microsoft this afternoon as suggested by the "application vendors".

Microsoft was of NO HELP! I swear the person answering my call has less technical knowledge than me! Basically, she just referred to websites with troubleshooting tips! After I told her that I have tried all the steps she mentioned, she keep saying that it is not Microsoft problems and blah and blah and blah.

FINE! If it is not your problem, couldn't you at least TRY to help me or at least give me another number than I can call ? Don't try to push the blame to someone else! It shows poor attitude and all that crap.

Now, I don't know what to do.

All I can think of is to bring my laptop to 8Flags tomorrow and get help there. And since I have a morning paper tomorrow, I need to trouble KT cause I am not going to put my laptop outside the exam hall! UGRH.

So if you have any solution to my "little error", CALL ME!!!!

P/S: Thanks, ZHANYI!!!! For helping me to convert the past year papers into word!
